Ingredients
Method
- Directions
- Make the Filling
- In a small bowl, mix Biscoff spread, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. This creates a luscious, spreadable filling.
- Prepare the Bread
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of filling on one slice of bread and top with another slice to make a “sandwich.” Repeat until all bread is used.
- Make the Batter
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well blended.
- Dip the Sandwiches
- Dip each stuffed sandwich into the batter, soaking for 5–7 seconds per side. Let any excess drip off.
- Cook the French Toast
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Melt butter, then cook each sandwich 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Serve & Garnish
- Slice diagonally and serve warm. Top with a drizzle of warmed Biscoff spread, a sprinkle of crushed cookies, and (if desired) a dusting of powdered sugar.
